It is the horizontal form & fill & seal thermoforming packaging machine taking its direction from the movement of the chain system. The machine has the chassis completely made from stainless steel.
The flow of the film on the machine realizes through the movement of the chain system and this allows the usage of the film with the different thicknesses on the machine.
Basic units of the machine consist of heating, form shaping, filling, vacuuming, gas pumping (modified atmosphere packaging), sealing stations and cutting apparatus.

Depending on the customer's request and by taking the product characteristics into consideration, it is possible to apply automated product feeding processes. The filling is done with multihead multi-scale weighing units for the grain products such as olives. Liquid filling units are used for the filling of liquid products. For the products such as jam, chocolate or honey which have some certain level of viscosity, liquid filling units with the application of hot tubing system are used.
All the parameters on the machine are controlled easily by PLC electronic control system through touch screen operator panel.
Control panel enables data collecting and reporting. Different language options on the control panel like Turkish, English, Arabic and Russian are available.
